With 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Manuel López Cruz has been a leading figure in the Puerto Rican real estate market. His career began with strong recognition as Rookie of the Year in 2001, followed by the prestigious title of Realtor of the Year in 2003 awarded by the Arecibo Board of Realtors. In 2004, he was recognized as the Outstanding Realtor of Puerto Rico and later assumed the presidency of the Arecibo Board of Realtors.

Holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and has completed courses for advanced certifications such as e-PRO, ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and CRM (Certified Residential Manager). He has also completed part of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) course.
